You agree to use our services responsibly. You must provide accurate information about yourself so we can give you the right support. For genetic testing, you confirm that the sample you provide is your own and that you are over 18 years old.

Payments

All services and products must be paid for in full at the time of booking or purchase. Prices may change, but the price confirmed at your booking will not.

Refunds and Cancellations

We want you to be satisfied with our services. For the services, look for what is included in the Flexibility Promise. Some services, such as genetic testing, cannot be refunded.

We take care to provide quality services, but we cannot guarantee specific results. You accept that we are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur from using our services or products.
